As the founding members Beta 80 SpA and INFOTEAM SRL are Italian companies subject to the European Union legislation, BBT has a strong commitment to satisfy bylaws and regulation of the European Community and to treat personal data transferred from and to the EU in compliance with  European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and specifically with GDPR Articles 44 to 50 concerning International personal data transfers.

Therefore, BBT disclose in this note personal data treatment information related to this web site bbteam.al, as a GDPR personal data Controller in compliance to art. 13 & 14 of GDPR and all other related EU bylaws and regulations.

DATA TYPES

This site collects personal data through navigation cookies and/or free text sent to contact channels (BBT address, e-mail, telephone).

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Personal data collected through the web site and the contact channels is used for the following purposes:

Marketing: e.g. communication of BBT product/services with brochures, newsletters, or any related business information material, answers to business requests, preparation of bids and offers, etc.;

Business relationship: any activity correlated to any business and market relationship (e.g..: business information, bid qualification, etc.);

Job selection: selection of job candidates for a BBT posting.

LEGAL BASIS

Legal basis for the processing of personal data is the desire of a potential Customer to activate a precontractual relationship with BBT and/or the legitimate interest of BBT to respond to market inquiries, business requests, job proposals.

TREATMENT AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed with automatic and manual processes, within the stated purposes, keeping in great account confidentiality, security and protection of personal data from any risk having an impact on the dignity of the interested subjects. Data is retained depending on the duration of specific purpose (e.g. job postings may expire), up to a data deletion request, at least for 1 years from the first submission.

COMMUNICATION TO THIRD PARTIES

BBT entrust some external processors for all or some phases of personal data treatments within the stated purposes. Relationship with external processors is compliant to GDPR Regulation art. 28, and processors receive processing instructions, guarantee suitable security measures and all required provisions to guarantee confidentiality and security of data.

BBT may share or communicate personal data with some third parties, namely:

  • Beta 80 Group legal entities, e.g.: Beta 80 Software e Sistemi S.p.a., Betaware S.r.l., Beta 8.0 Technology S.r.l., Betahead srl, etc.
  • GoInfoteam srl group entities, e.g.: Infoteam Srl, Infoteam Service srl
  • Internet and worldwide web service providers, comprising the entities quoted in the cookie policy.

DATA RETENTION

Personal data collected from or through this site, including e-mails, will be retained for the time clearly needed to start a contract, or for the establishment of business relationship, or for the open job selection time window, or for any mandatory retention period defined by laws and regulations.

NID : google cookie. Allows you to provide custom autocomplete functionality in Search as the user types search terms. These cookies expire 6 months after the last use by the user.
